SOUND BATH & REIKI EXPERIENCE
A Sound Bath & Reiki session is a deeply relaxing experience designed to support the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and create space for emotional release and integration.
During the session, you will be comfortably supported while soothing vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and gentle percussion wash over the body. These frequencies help guide the body into a meditative state where the mind can quiet and the nervous system can soften.
Reiki energy healing may also be offered during the experience. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-above practice that works with the body's natural energy pathways to encourage balance, grounding, and deep relaxation.
Many people report feeling calm, centered, and deeply restored after a session. For pregnant and postpartum families, these experiences can be especially nourishing — offering a quiet moment to reconnect with the body, breath, and inner wisdom.
